New Admin
Because of a problem appointing people to the Technical Team - I've just decided to admin the people that would go into it. Therefor DarkChaotix is now an admin for the time being.

Mieks on overnight normally and since he's helping me to test features overnight I've made him mod. Plus we need someone whos active overnight for when/if spam attack occurs.
He'll mainly look after this place in the small hours - but it's better to be safe than sorry =D
