Can someone help with sig and avatar plz

I would like this http://themushroomkingdom.net/images/merch/stickers_gameovershroom.jpg as my avatar but don't know how to resize it. I would also like a Saints Row 2 sig with shroom on it plz. Cheers in advance.

You have to enable it in the settings.
