Erm, i play COD4 and TF2 on my pc, as with a couple more STEAM games.

My PC isn't the greatest, but it can just about handle COD4, so it's good enough.

I'd recommend getting it all from one site if possible, you save on shipping and it all comes at once so you can build straight away.
