Discussion Points
*Will it work on DS?
*Will it appeal to a wider audience on DS than 360 (Microsoft Agenda)
* Is it nice to have another 'Rare' Treat on DS?
*Will you be buying it?
*First Impressions?

And General Discussion of the game

It looks pretty decent for the DS actually. And it also seems to follow the same gameplay as the other ones, rather than a cheapo mini game compilation. I might pick it up after I'm done with VP2.

This game is AWESOME! I think you'll only get the most out of it if you've played one of the others though.

Looking at the screenshots it seems a little bit too cramped for me.

Also in the shop (before I saw the reviews) I saw "THQ"

Not a good sign.

Argh yeah, for some reason I just can't play a game with a camera too close/too much onscreen.

Viva Pinata sounds too weird for me anyway :G

THQ are Rares publisher on DS. All their DS games have been published through them as it doesn't look good for Microsoft to publish a game an a rivals system. It's still developed by Rare.

Arh, cool. I was worried for a moment.

@Frriyn: Viva Pinata isn't weird, it's different. Also you got to remember that the cartoon came first(?). Also you can still get that kiddy feel from it. Especially from the "Learning about Safeguards" video.

No, the cartoon is based on the video game, and came out after Viva Pinata was released on 360.

Wait a minute. I told you about my flash card on MSN, and what did you do? You went ahead and bought the same card I got, and put some games onto that too. Rolling Eyes
