Yeah... so my 360 arrived today...

It was the motherboard that was the problem so it has been replaced...

Including the usb slots...

I turn on the machine and all is well..... until I plug in the wireless Adapter...

Basically, all the usb slots are fucked which means I have to send off the 360 again for another 3 fucking weeks...

FUCKSHITBOLLOCKS!

Better give me compensation this time ¬_¬

I wish they'd just give me a new unit tbf rather than just switching the motherboard again as the disc-drive is really odd now.

Definitely gonna be assertive with them though and get as much as possible from them...

Update.

The whole thing is fucked, freezes, wont load dashboard sometimes, glitchy sound, fail disc-drive, rrod twice and I think it's erased my harddrive...

Coincidently my controller has stopped working aswell.

Phoned up and they will be picking it up tonight or tomorrow and sending a replacement console.
As compansation they gave me a choice of games (all of which were shit or I already had them) so I've managed to blag a new wireless controller out of them to go alongside my month of xbox Live.

Extensive Testing my ass... not happy. >:C

Kick up a massive shit storm, get some more compensation.
Also try and get them to send you your replacement whilst your current console is on the way to them. When I was on the phone to Microsoft once they said they offer that service, but only if you had RROD. Don't know if they still do it now though.

They're sending a replacement unit apparently.

I don't think it's a new one but they said it's a 'Working' One.

I didn't even get to play gears Sad

I'm most concerned about my harddrive though, it was fine at first but then it didnt read any information on it atall... I swear If I have to start Gears on insane again... Sad

Yeah, I can barely be arsed to finish off GTA as it is... no way am I starting from the beggining again Razz

I'm hoping that it's just the harddrive connection on the 360 that is buggered tho as it would explain why nothing was showing up.

To be honest if my third 360 got teh RROD (just got second broken one replaced wednesday) I'm gonna stop playing the shit peice and play my ps3 i meen the games are practically indentical

Really? I preferred three. I just thought it had a bit more two it than one. The controls were flawless and the voice acting was well done.

I suppose I'd take a +10 hour game over a < 3 hour game in general.
