Those new Halo 3 Achievements offically announced

The achievements listed total 250gs, then it states:

As folks have seen, these aren’t the only achievements we’re adding. But without proper context, there’s not a whole lot else we’re going to say. Stay tuned.

So we could still have the whole 750gs, Possibly a little less.

Yeah, with the constant references to legendary Im sure there'll be more for the heroic pack.

In other words, they can't say if they can break the 250GS limit or not.

This is the most interesting thing in the update:

Sounds rather like the special Bungie event they were going to have to announce their next game after they were screwed at E3, knowing Bungie it could be a joke, but it seems like it is sooner rather than later. The question is the 18th of which month.

New Achievements are great, If those are for the Legendary map packs, then having seen 750GP extra, we can assume that there are two more map packs coming, unless some are for the rumored retail release of Halo MP.

That or its referring to golf. 18 holes, face has the same pimply surface that a golf ball has, golf tournaments are often called Invintationals...
