Hells Highway

Does anyone kthxreckon if this will be any good. I remember liking the old Brothers in Arms games but tbh, I know practically nothing about the new one.

Enlighten me and discuss.

All you need to know is that Buzz and I are getting it for MEGA MP LULZ.

Stormy is getting it too.. and Miek is considering it.

The MP sounds interesting, it's a sort of twist on Capture the Flag, in that you have to get the flag from some place in the map and then plant it; presumably whilst the other team trys to stop you.

Still, 20 players a game split into a squad based structure is not bad, and should tide us over until MAG.

The game is very much a single player game though, with no Co-op unfortunately. It should have a really great story though, with the characters being far more deep and developed than the last games.

To be honest, if you liked the first two, you're more than likely going to enjoy this one. ESPECIALLY when you've got me barking orders to you in my sexy voice on MP.

I am not sure, originally I was going to get both this and Star Wars on release. Now i'm not getting Star Wars, I may get HH a few days after launch depend on reviews.

That's a screen shot of MP from this month's issue of OXM. It was a review and the game received 9/10. The only real niggle was the odd AI glitch every now and then.. But this was an earlier build with probably a few hundred bugs still to iron out. Gearbox have said on numerous occasions that they won't ship the game until every bug is taken out, and since the game went gold a few days ago... They'll have finished fixing it.

Good start to the reviews so far.

And the MP is looking well made too.

Yeah, Brothers in Arms is great, especially the unapreciated DS version. I'll pick this game up fo sho.

I am? I've never played Brothers in Arms before, might give this a rent though.

I won't be getting it, at the moment.

Too many coming out, too little money.

Maybe around Christmas time - it'll be super cheap then anyway.
