RRoD :G T.T

So yeah... most of you know my 360 is dead and is on it's way back from microsoft atm.

Mine lasted a good Year and a half though without problems which Is considered to be quite impressive among the '07 360s...

So how many of you have had 360s die on you and any interesting/tragic stories surrounding said consoles failures?

My brothers has Red ringed twice, first time it was sent away and he got it back 2 weeks later, the second time it fixed itself.

Got mine last November, so here's hoping it lasts..

Had my 360 for 3 weeks, no problems yet.

Mine has died twice. Both been fun times phoning up.

Mine has died once. Not much else to say, the customer service was good.

Mine got it about 3 weeks before Christmas '07 after I had went out with my mum to buy Call of Duty 4, GHIII and some other games for my presents. Lasted less than a year.

Needless to say I was quite peeved =O

My first one died a couple of weeks before BioShock, and one day before it was a year old. =/

Second one still going strong, atm...

Nope, mine hasnt died at all yet. which is good, had it for well over a year now to.

Coming up for a year with mine. As long as it doesn't die before Sonic Unleashed i'll be happy

Had mine since Spring 06, it's red ringed twice now.

Whenever I book of faulties at work, on the label we have to fill out saying why it's faulty, and dead 360, I just put:

"RROD :G"

and slap it on the box.

I've never had any problems with my Elite so far.
But it'll be sods law that it'll die the day of a new release, like Gears or Resi.

As you know, my 360 is practically dead. Doesn't read discs until I open and close the tray about 100 times and the fans are nearly dead, so I have a fan blowing on the 360 and one on the power brick. Can't wait until I get a new one. Either get it as an early birthday present or get a job insta and save up... :G

My launch day 360 lasted me til June last year when it packed up, just before the 3 year warranty came in. I got it fixed, then sold it to a friend when the Elite came out. My Elite is still going strong *touches wood*

Had mines 4 months, still fine.

Mine celebrated it's 1 year anniversary last month and it's still going strong. Still, saying that, i don't play every night and mostly am on my laptop.

I've played it quite a lot recently though.

Knowing my luck, when I get my 360 it'll die within the first week.

And LJG, now you haven't got a 360 preoccupying your time, how about you actually go and mod LoL like you're meant to? :G

I've had my Elite for just over a month, and the man in Gamestation said newer model's were less prone to RR's, I seriously hope this is true

My first xbox broke the week before Bioshock came out, so i got an elite on the same day as Bioshock no problems since then.

Got mine early November, not one sign of death so far. *touches wood*
And it was 2nd hand so im quite impressed.
