Unreadable disc method test. *xbox fixed*

Today I bought Pure.
Got home, was hyped, disc unreadable.
Thought it was a faulty disc, back to morisons.
New Disc, Unreadable,
Thought it was a fauly batch.
Full Refund.

I have now started a test week to see wich methods work and wich don't check back for updates.

ITS FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope works fine for me.

Don't give up hope though, its an amazing game.

I better get it to work otherwise im buying a steering wheel and forza 2 and dirt instead

Edit: I looked around on the internet for some answers and i got some things to try so I'll update what happened.

To Try: Wrap It In A Towel | Put a bit of carboard in the disc tray and move it around | Clean the Laser inside the xbox.*| loose washer*

Result: FAILED | FAILED! | N/A | N/A


*requires the xbox 360 to be opened = get dad to help

here i go wrapping my xbox in a towel.

So my second method test is The Towel Trick maybe it will work, but i doubt it.

What is The Towel Trick:
Its when you put your xbox360 in a soft cotton towel.

How long is it going in the towel for?
I don't know, prob\ably a couple of days at worst.

How is it going?
|Not very well no changes have been made to the error message or console so far.

So its beeen in the towel over night, and I'm about to see if its done ay good so far.

thats a bit shite. Now it think its a DVD.

I wouldn't open the xbox if I was you. If it still doesnt work you wont be able to get it repaired by microsoft.

My 360 reds discs as DVDs usually and both my Halo 3 discs don't load the last level of campaign.

My suggestion: buy a new 360. Or send it to Microsoft for repairs.

Got it working.

Tried a Different Method, i found out it was about to overheat so i opened it up so my dad can have a look, and he fixed it for me.
