No but seriously, though, based on that teaser, it looks like this is set during Regret's assault on New Mombassa in Halo 2 - but this time we'll be seeing it through an ODST squads perspective. Whatever it is, I'm pumped for it.

EDIT: Though, given how it's seemingly suggested as being a Halo 3 expansion, I'm probably way off the mark.
