I take it we'll have a Game of the Week every week?
And, can anyone explain what a Wildcard is, as I don't seem to have picked one up on Viva Pinata, that I would know of.

They are pinata that have a slightly different trait to the normal versions. Some might have a gurved horn/beak, some might be a different colour.
They are pretty rare on the first game, but no so on the new one.

Probably, since it's called Game of the Week and all.

I knew I shouldn't have written that
And D_C, thanks, I'll definately look out for them, they seem quite rare

Is it going to be brand new games or ones the most people are playing, cos like Mercs 2 is coming out tomorrow.

Re: Viva Pinata : Trouble in Paradise
Watched IGN's video review earlier and it looks great, but there's just too many games coming out before the end of the year that I want to buy first.
Definitely one for the near future all the same, though.

Same. Then I thought I'd jump on quickly this morning and what should have been 15 minutes turned into an hour
Also, is anyone up for the co-op today? Steph & Inofa? Miek you'll probs want to focus on your single player garden (I made a new for just for multiplayer) if you're only getting it today. If not, then 4 player co-op tonight would be awesome

Its like a mix of Harvest Moon and ... Pokemon I guess (the 'gotta get 'em all factor).
You own and maintain a garden, and attract different animals (pinata) by having their different requirements. It does involve a bit of skill when certain requirements involve other types of pinata.
I'm sure you can pick up the first dirt cheap, so try that one first.

I should be up for it later. I'm already at level 33 and I've got about 5 pinatas waiting for me in the post office =D

Re: Viva Pinata : Trouble in Paradise
I'd love to get it, but I just don't have the money at the moment, also I don't know if I'd like it, seems like one of those games were people either love it or hate it.
Re: Viva Pinata : Trouble in Paradise
About those bonus Pinata Vison cards GAME promised (stolen from X360A forum):
-_-
I got through to GAME, they say the offer was taken off due to a cock up, the offer from the publisher should have been 1-ONE not 10 free card so thats half the reason. The web team are sorting it out but he said it should have done now but cos it hasnt it may not be till next week. Once its sorted the cards will be sent via post, however they are not sure if it will be the promised ten, but they do care about their customers so they will try their best

Re: Viva Pinata : Trouble in Paradise
Bought it earlier today. Played about 2 hours.
It's hot shit so far. The magic instantly came back, as did the addiction, as I started developing my garden and attracting new Pinatas. Love all the new creatures I have seen and the Desert and Ice areas. Tried desperately to capture one of those adorable penguins, but failed.
The Music is ace as well.
Stats so far:

Re: Viva Pinata : Trouble in Paradise
It's good so far but I'm finding the beginning fun uncomparable to VP1

Anyone know the cheapest site to get this? I may consider it if I can get it for under £30. =O
